The forms on the Girlguiding UK website are all copyright © Girlguiding UK and so cannot be reproduced here; the downloadable forms on this site have been created by members of GuidingUK and are NOT official forms; they do, however, cover all the information on the official forms and in some cases in more depth. To open any of these documents, simply left-click as usual. To download to your own computer, right-click on its name and select "SaveTarget As..." from the pop-up menu which appears. In the case of the forms, once you have saved to your own computer, open in Word and type directly into the form(s) where necessary before printing out however many copies you need.
